Role Overview
The HRBP Intern will support HR Business Partners in delivering both strategic and operational HR initiatives. This includes hiring, tutor workforce management, performance coordination, and HR analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Hiring & Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist in end-to-end hiring for tutors and internal roles.
- Source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews.
- Support tutor recruitment drives and evaluations.
- Maintain hiring dashboards and reports.
HR Operations & Partner Support
Support day-to-day HR operations for tutors and staff.Assist with onboarding, and documentation.Tutor Workforce Management
Assist in Tracking tutor performance metrics (attendance, quality, ratings).Support engagement and retention initiatives.Assist in planning engagement programs and communication campaigns.HR Analytics & Reporting
Prepare HR and hiring dashboards.Conduct research and data analysis.Qualifications
Pursuing Bachelor's / Master’s in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset; comfortable with spreadsheets and HR tools.Organized, proactive, and adaptable.Interest in EdTech / tutoring is a plus.What You Will Gain
