Job Description – Risk Rating Unit
Role : Team Member – Risk Rating & Compliance
Role Objective :
Centralized unit independently validating the ratings for Corporate, SME, Business Banking, NBFC, MFIs, Brokers, and Bank Clients across the Bank.

Education :
- CA / MBA / CFA or equivalent from reputed institute
Experience :
8 years of post-qualification experience preferably in Business or Credit Function of Bank / NBFCJob Description :
Internal rating validation for Corporate, SME, Business Banking, NBFC, MFI, Broker, and Bank Clients across the bank. Key activities include :Detailed review and understanding of credit (industry, business, financials, management) and credit ratingsPreparation of rating rationale along with rationale for any changes in risk scoresReview deviations to the Credit Policy of the BankRecommendations / comments on all proposals placed to Board Level Credit Committee with respect to policy compliance, portfolio risk, and industry prospectsApprove judgemental rating action proposed as per delegation matrixDecision making along with the stakeholders (Credit / Business)Effective interaction with Business / Credit Groups across Large Corporates, Emerging Local Corporates, NBFC, Brokers, MFI, Projects, Small Micro Enterprises, and Business BankingEffective resolution of Internal Audit, External Audit, and RBI QueriesPeriodic review and updation of Industry Risk Scores, including addition of new industries as deemed appropriateTrack latest Industry Developments by participation in seminars, conferences, and client site visitsBenchmarking of companies within sectorsDefine and facilitate the achievement of Goals and Key Performance Indicators for direct reports and ensure effective implementation of the Performance Management ProcessNurture talent within the team by providing Guidance, Ongoing Feedback, Coaching, and Development OpportunitiesDevelop and nurture a Continuous Talent Pipeline for key roles in the division and provide mentoring for High Potential TalentEnsure adherence to Process and ability to work within pre-decided TATSkill Sets : Functional :
