Job descriptionEnd to endriskassessment of activities Outsourced by business units to vendors and corresponding control testing post implementation Identify / Design new KeyRiskIndicators and review & monitor the same on periodic basis to highlight anyoutsourcingriskconcerns based on adverse trends / breaches Responsible for implementation and framing ofoutsourcingriskpolicies & frameworks Detailed review of PMC / CMC and OAS notes involvingoutsourcingactivity Review of Vendors and activities at regular intervals Preparation ofOutsourcingDashboard Support internal and external audits Preparation of committee agenda / minutes / Presentation Preparation and submission of presentations / reports / MIS within stipulated time and with precise information

TheRiskdepartment ensures that the Banksriskis managed through ariskmanagement architecture as well as through policies and processes approved by the Board of Directors encompassing independent identification, measurement and management ofrisks across the various businesses of the Bank. TheRiskdepartment of the Bank strives to proactively anticipate vulnerabilities at the transaction as well as at the portfolio level, through quantitative or qualitative examination of the embeddedrisks
