General Responsibilities
Ø Answer all inbound calls within a maximum of 3 rings
Ø Maintain a happy disposition on every call
Ø Learn the product offerings of Rosetta thoroughly
Ø Articulate the product offering as per Brand standards
Ø Ensure punctuality while attending to any client all the times
Specific Responsibilities
Ø Client-facing role, involves identifying, meeting and selling to prospects
Ø Responsible to achieve sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Ø Ensure awareness of self and team targets for the month, quarter & financial year
Ø To provide an in-depth sales support by ensuring all queries are responded in an efficient,
professional and timely manner within 12 working hours
Ø Travel to prospect locations to advocate product portfolio to the customers
Ø 'Getting the sale' using various customer sales techniques
Ø Evaluating customers skills, needs and building productive long lasting relationships
Ø Have an in-depth knowledge of our product and competitors
Ø Ensure that there is no mis-representation of the company and its products while mandated
SOPs are adhered
Ø To work closely with the pre-sales team to ensure that the scheduled meetings are completed
Ø Responsible to make a daily sales report including opportunities and pipelines and submit to the
team head
Ø Supporting business development through active lead nurturing
Ø Maintaining accurate records on CRM
