Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager (Hospitality) to join our team in Goa. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales in hospitality services, including rooms, banquets, F&B, and events. The role involves managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting revenue targets. The Sales Manager will also lead a small team and coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless event execution

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for hospitality and event services.
• Generate new leads and manage existing client accounts.
• Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to deliver high-quality service.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and track performance.
