Key Responsibilities :

Acquire new customers for Current and Savings Account (CASA) through direct and reference-based sourcing.

Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products and ensure quality onboarding of customers.

Conduct market visits, lead generation activities, and build a healthy pipeline of prospects.

Educate customers about the bank’s digital services, account benefits, and compliance procedures.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure high levels of service.

Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Eligibility :

Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred for AM role).

Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

Field sales exposure will be an added advantage.
