CargoClave provides a digital layer for freight ops— shipment creation (air / ocean), stakeholder workflow, milestones, and documentation —so forwarders and CHAs run smoother across ports, CFS / ICDs, and last-mile.

Role Overview

You’ll implement CargoClave with forwarders / CHAs and enable teams to manage HBL / MBL, AWB / SWB, SI, VGM, D / O, IGM / EGM , and complete doc packs with clear, trackable workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1) Shipment & Documentation Ops

• Create air / ocean shipments (FCL / LCL), assign milestones, track containers / MAWBs.
• Orchestrate docs : Invoice, Packing List, HBL / MBL, AWB, COO, Insurance, Form-AI / ARE-1 (as applicable) .
• Manage customs touchpoints (coordination around ICEGATE, eSANCHIT, DGFT , broker updates).

2) Stakeholder Workflow

escalate exceptions early.

3) System Usage & Reporting

4) Process & Compliance Improvement
