Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Housekeeper located in Rishikesh. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations including cleanliness, laundry services, staff training, and organizing daily tasks for the team. This role ensures that all areas of the property meet strict cleanliness and presentation standards while delivering excellent service to our guests. Effective communication and collaboration with other departments are essential to maintain a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in housekeeping operations, including expertise in Laundry processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Excellent Organization Skills to manage schedules, inventory, and staff assignments
• Experience in Training and mentoring a team to maintain high-quality housekeeping standards
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance
• Prior experience in a hospitality or hotel management role is a plus
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
