Lead - Investor Relation

About the Role :

Native is mandated to hire a Lead - Investor Relations for a prominent and fast-growing pharmaceutical company. This is a high-impact role that works closely with the CEO and CFO, playing a critical part in shaping the company's capital markets narrative and investor strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage quarterly earnings communication, including interactions with FIIs and DIIs
• Drive capital markets strategy in partnership with senior leadership (CFO, CEO)
• Spearhead IPO / secondary fundraising processes, analyst / investor days, and street engagement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, strategy, business teams) to build strong, consistent investor messaging
• Monitor market trends, peer performance, and shareholder sentiment to guide strategic decisions
