Manage both out-patient and in-patient care in the Paediatric Oncology and Hematology departments.Assess children's health and nutritional needs following the Cuddles Foundation guidelines, including anthropometric measurements such as height, weight, and BMI.Develop individualized diet plans for each child based on their medical condition, growth, and development needs, involving both the child and family.Maintain comprehensive documentation of counselling sessions for impact mapping, monitoring, evaluation, and case study development.Conduct weekly group counselling sessions and parent support meetings to promote good food habits and emotional support.Distribute nutritional aid at hospitals (ration kits, eggs, bananas, milk, etc.) initiated by the organization.Participate actively in training programs and meetings organized by Cuddles Foundation and demonstrate openness to ongoing learning and evaluations.Stay updated with current research and advancements in nutritional science.Collaborate with hospital doctors and nurses while reporting progress regularly to the team lead.Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction, quality care, and compliance with medical and organizational standards.Skills Required
