HomeSlice is a fast-growing chain of serviced apartments and homestays across Bangalore. From Whitefield to Brookefield, Koramangala to HSR, we provide fully furnished homes for corporates, relocations, and extended stays. We’re looking for a driven B2B Sales professional to scale our corporate partnerships and drive monthly bookings.
Role : B2B Sales (Corporate Partnerships)
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) :
- Identify and target HR heads, Admin managers, Relocation agencies, and Corporate travel managers.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through , email outreach, networking events, and referrals.
- Pitch HomeSlice’s serviced apartments as a cost-saving alternative to hotels (25–40% cheaper).
- Conduct presentations, property visits, and demos for decision makers.
- Negotiate contracts, onboard corporate clients, and manage long-term relationships.
- Work closely with marketing to generate leads and with operations to ensure smooth stays for corporate guests.
- Track, report, and achieve monthly sales targets and revenue milestones.
How You’ll Do It (Approach) :
Outreach : Daily connect messages, cold emails, and calls to 50+ relevant corporate contacts.Follow-ups : Schedule meetings, demos, and property tours with shortlisted clients.Value Sell : Show HR / Admins how HomeSlice reduces costs, improves employee satisfaction, and simplifies billing with GST invoicing.Partnerships : Build long-term relationships with relocation firms, corporate travel desks, and HR departments.Closures : Convert leads into contracts with monthly / quarterly commitments.What We’re Looking For
Candidates with prior experience in homestays, serviced apartments, corporate stays, hotels, or co-living sales will be preferred.2–6 years of B2B sales experience (hospitality, real estate, coworking, SaaS, or relocation industry preferred).Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Hustle + persistence to chase leads and close deals.Ability to work independently and achieve measurable results.A network in Bangalore’s HR / admin community is a big plus.
