About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Consultant with deep functional and technical expertise in implementing and integrating SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions with SAP ECC and SAP S / 4HANA environments. This role is critical to delivering scalable, high-performance digital supply chain solutions that drive value for our global customers.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Control Tower), CPI-DS / SDI integrations , and a passion for solving complex business problems through digital planning transformations.

What You Will Do

End-to-End Solution Delivery : Lead and support implementation and rollout of SAP IBP solutions, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Control Tower.

Integration Leadership : Design and build robust integration frameworks between IBP and SAP ECC / S / 4HANA using CPI-DS, SDI, or CI-DS.

Configuration & Customization : Configure planning areas, key figures, master data types, time profiles, and other IBP artifacts as per business requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver best-fit planning solutions.

Data Management : Set up and monitor data loads, resolve data issues, and ensure smooth data flows from source systems.

Testing & Cutover : Conduct system and integration testing, support user acceptance testing, and lead cutover planning and go-live activities.

Documentation & Training : Develop comprehensive documentation for configuration, integration, and end-user training.

Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous enhancement of the IBP solution landscape.

What You Need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or equivalent

6–10 years of total SAP experience, with 3+ years of hands-on SAP IBP experience

Strong experience in SAP IBP modules – especially Demand, Supply, and Inventory

Proficiency in integration of IBP with ECC and / or S / 4HANA via CPI-DS , SDI , or CI-DS

In-depth understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes, including forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization

Ability to configure planning areas, key figures, attributes, time profiles, and master data

Hands-on experience with IBP Excel UI and Fiori Launchpad

Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities

What is Nice to Have

SAP IBP Certification

Exposure to SAP APO, SNP, BW, or other legacy planning tools

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies

Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or CPG domain

Knowledge of data modeling, analytics, or reporting within IBP

What Makes You Eligible

Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with client time zones

This position operates within standard 9-to-5 working hours adjusted to the client's time zone. However, these hours are subject to modification based on evolving project needs
