We are hiring for Software Engineer II (Full Stack Developer)

Job Description

Our product development organization is looking for a Software Engineer II to design, develop, integrate, maintain, and test features for our enterprise software product, Release and Verify. If you are someone who has a passion for developing great software, implementing new features, and fixing defects, we encourage you to apply. The Release and Verify team focus on creating and extending our product features and the software development toolset that form the core of our Software Lifecycle and DevOps Integrations products.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will :

• Contribute to the design and development of features with support from team members and by studying information needs, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
• Investigate, fix, and test defects and problem areas, following the software development lifecycle.
• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating and analyzing problem definitions, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Support customer escalations and resolve production incidents to improve customer success with 24 / 7 support on rotation through the team
