Job Summary :
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to drive employee engagement initiatives and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with employees, organizing fun and meaningful activities, and creating a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan and execute monthly employee engagement activities and celebrations. Create a monthly event planner and execute
Conduct employee connect sessions and gather feedback to improve engagement.
Support onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Assist in HR operations such as attendance, leave, and database management, Payroll inputs.
Coordinate with teams for internal events and wellness programs.
Promote company culture and employee satisfaction through creative ideas and initiatives.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
3-6 years of experience in employee engagement or generalist HR roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, organized, and creative with a people-first mindset.
