You’ll drive lead generation, craft winning proposals, manage qualification and nurturing, and gradually step into account management and closure discussions. This role is a launchpad to grow into a Business Development Manager, in a culture that values creativity, performance, and impact over seniority.

• Qualify, nurture, and transition leads to senior team members effectively.
• Research and target high-potential Upwork opportunities with smart outreach.
• Craft persuasive proposals tailored to each client’s needs.
• Accurately manage pipeline and activity data using a CRM system.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine strategies and maximize conversions.
