Business Development Executive
with 2-3 years of proven experience in selling creative / media services. This is a high-growth, performance-driven role with

Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, brands, agencies, and startups
Pitch creative video production and advertising solutions tailored to client needs
Prepare proposals, budgets, and presentations in collaboration with the creative team
Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and closure
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Maintain CRM records and report regularly on sales performance
Desired Candidate Profile
2–3 years of experience
in business development, sales, or client servicing in
media, video production, advertising, or digital content
industry
Strong understanding of video production services, agency-client workflows, and sales pipelines
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a creative environment
Familiarity with branded content, digital marketing trends is a plus
