Senior Database Specialist - PostgreSQL

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1. 5+ years of professional database experience, with at least 4-5 years specializing in PostgreSQL.

2. Advanced expertise in logical and physical database design, normalization, indexing, and partitioning.

3. Strong understanding of database security, replication, and high availability concepts.

4. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

5. Proven ability to work independently and drive initiatives ("self-starter" mindset).

Preferred :

• Experience in performance tuning for large-scale, mission-critical systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-based database deployments (AWS RDS, Aurora, etc.).
