Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for a Recruitment Consultant. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, providing consulting services to clients, and facilitating the hiring process. Additional responsibilities include understanding client requirements, maintaining effective communication with clients and candidates, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for all stakeholders.

• Consulting and Interviewing skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the engineering, chemical, or pharma industries is a plus ( must be from Indian Recruitment )
