Community Growth Head – Leadership Overview
We’re looking for a high-caliber, strategic, and execution-obsessed leader to head Community Growth at a national level.
This is NOT a typical manager role.
This is for someone who can :
- Think like a founder
- Operate like a C-level leader

- Build & manage high-performance teams
- Drive 10-25x growth momentum
If you’ve been in Founder’s Office, VC, Management Consulting, Leadership roles — or have been a Co-founder yourself — this role aligns perfectly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead National Community Growth
Drive Atives' expansion across students, creators, professionals & brands.Launch initiatives in 20+ major cities with structured targets & outcomes.Build India's largest creative student movement (1M in 6 months).2. Build & Manage High-Performance Teams
Hire, train & scale city-level Growth Managers & Campus Partners.Build strong pipelines for community, sales, and activation roles.Set goals, review performance, and maintain a high-output culture.3. Partnerships & Outreach Leadership
Forge partnerships with colleges, institutes, clubs & brand leaders.Lead collaboration drives, workshops, and national activations.Representatives in PR, conferences, media & leadership forums.4. Strategic Growth Planning
Build scalable frameworks for onboarding, retention, and engagement.Create growth models that lead to 100k–500k+ monthly community growth.Lead campaigns to expand across India & international markets.5. Founder-Level Execution
Work directly with the Founder & Leadership Team.Own growth, funnels, KPIs, experiments & GTM initiatives.Drive nation-wide creative community outcomes.Preferred Backgrounds
Candidates with ANY of these experiences are highly preferred :
Worked in Founder’s Office (strategy / growth / operation roles)Experience with VC firms, portfolio management, acceleratorsManagement consulting (BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Deloitte, EY, etc.)Former startup co-founders or early founding team membersPrevious experience in C-level, VP, Director, community or growth rolesExperience scaling user bases, sales teams, or community programsExperience building GTM or city-launch frameworksWhat We’re Looking For
