Branch Credit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Credit Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the BFSI industry , with a strong background in credit management and analysis . This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire credit function at the branch level, ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and driving business growth through sound credit decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Credit Function Management :
• Manage and oversee the credit function at the branch level, ensuring strict compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures aimed at minimizing risk and maximizing business growth.
• Ensure all credit-related transactions are accurately recorded and meticulously maintained.
• Credit Analysis & Risk Mitigation :
• Conduct thorough credit analyses and assessments to accurately determine client creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively identify and mitigate potential credit risks .
• Monitor and report on credit portfolio performance , providing insightful recommendations for continuous improvement.
