Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on marketer who can run campaigns that actually bring in quality leads and revenue. You’ll work directly with the leadership team, manage Meta ads, edit videos, design creatives, optimize landing pages, and track results.
This is a fast-paced role with real ownership from day one and the opportunity to grow quickly as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
1) Campaign Management
Run Meta campaigns end-to-end targeting, creatives, testing, and optimization.
Drive high-quality lead generation while keeping CPL on target.
Analyze data and make quick adjustments to improve performance.
2) Creative Production
Edit videos for ads, reels, and campaigns.
Design static and motion creatives using Canva or Photoshop.
Ensure all creatives are optimized for performance and on-brand.
3) Landing Pages & Website
Update and optimize landing pages to boost conversions.
Work with design / dev teams to maintain strong UX and mobile performance.
Regularly check SEO and content accuracy.
4) Process Improvement
Solve issues in campaigns and lead workflows.
Collaborate with sales to improve lead management and reporting.
Test new tools and tactics to stay ahead of competitors.

Influencer or WhatsApp marketing
Copywriting for ads and landing pages
Who We’re Looking For
Based in Bangalore
Knowledge of Bangalore real estate is a big plus
1–2 years experience in real estate marketing or sales preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
Self-driven and comfortable in a startup environment
