Job Title : Digital Engineering Competency Lead

This Digital Engineering Competency Lead role is a quota-carrying position. In addition to technical and leadership responsibilities, the role will be accountable for achieving defined business targets within specified timeframes.
ABOUT THE TEAM
You will be part of the Digital Engineering Services team at iOPEX which is a new-generation Digital Service Solution Provider, transforming the way businesses operate in a digitally connected world. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for Automation / RPA, Testing, Cloud, CI / CD, and DevOps solutions.
2. Achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets by driving upsell, cross-sell, and contract extension opportunities within the current client base.
3. Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on maximizing account value and long term profitability.
4. Strong understanding of Automation / RPA, Testing, Cloud, CI / CD, and DevOps technologies.
5. Strategic thinking and ability to develop account growth plans.
6. Achieving revenue targets from existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
7. Proactively identify risks to account retention and implement strategies to mitigate churn.
8. This individual will own revenue targets, lead high-impact account strategies, mentor competency sales teams, and act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, ensuring both client satisfaction and business growth.
SKILLS REQUIRED
1. 10+ years of experience across Automation / RPA, Testing, Cloud, CI / CD, and DevOps, with at least 3 years in a leadership or competency management role.
2. Proven expertise in RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere etc), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions).
3. Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including IaC, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated testing frameworks.
4. Experience in designing and delivering competency development programs, including training, mentoring, and knowledge management.
5. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across teams.
6. Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS / GCP / Azure DevOps, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, RPA tool certifications) are highly desirable.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
iOPEX compensation package for the role includes a Base Salary plus a Bonus component linked to performance.
1. Performance will be measured based on the KRAs and performance bonus will be processed every 6 months.
2. Eligible for 12 Casual and 14 planned leaves post confirmation as per company policy.
