About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy
Digital Transformation Associate
to help modernize and optimize how we operate across student housing, property management, construction, and hospitality.
This is a hands-on, growth-oriented role — ideal for someone early in their digital transformation career who wants to learn by doing. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to identify process bottlenecks, implement automation, and support the rollout of new digital tools.
You’ll get the opportunity to work on real transformation projects — from building simple automations in Python or no-code platforms, to integrating APIs and evaluating SaaS tools — all while learning from senior leaders in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
What You’ll Do
Support Digital Projects :
Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering digital transformation initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
Process Improvement :
Work with different teams to map existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and suggest automation or digital solutions.
Hands-On Automation :
Use
Python ,
APIs , and
no-code platforms
(such as Zapier, Make, or Power Automate) to automate tasks and improve data flow between systems.
Tool Evaluation :
Research, test, and recommend suitable
SaaS products
and digital tools for internal teams.
Documentation & SOPs :
Help document processes, create user guides, and maintain standard operating procedures for digital systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to understand needs and ensure successful technology adoption.
Progress Tracking : Use tools like
Trello, ClickUp, or Asana
to track project progress and share updates with management.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science ,
Information Systems ,
Business , or a related field.
2–3 years’ experience
in digital transformation, process automation, IT projects, or business systems support.
Basic experience with
Python
(e.g., for scripting or data automation) and a general understanding of
APIs .
Familiarity with
no-code / low-code platforms
(e.g., Zapier, Power Automate, Airtable, or Notion).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable breaking down workflows and finding digital solutions.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
Interest in learning about
SaaS tools ,
data integration , and
automation best practices .
(Nice to have) Experience with
data visualization
or
BI tools
(Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
