The Senior Manager must undertake diversified auditing assignments under the Clients' direction. Often leads Managers, Asst. Managers, Auditors, Sr. Associates & Associates, and instructs them on work to be performed, reviews the job and directs necessary revisions. When an unusual situation arises, outline them to the Clients concerned and then act on their advice.

✓ Ensure that all staff set up proper time budgets on their jobs allotted through share point and mentor them to employ methods to accomplish the objectives of the engagements on a timely basis.

✓ The Senior Manager demonstrates competency in technical skills, work quality, and application of professional and firm standards.

✓ Maintain proper communication and relationship with Clients.

✓ Provide guidance and expertise to Assistant Managers – Audit & Assurance and participate in the conduct of a wide range of assurance services, with a particular focus on complex and specialized issues, including audits, controls reviews, remediation projects, and assistance with regulatory compliance.
