Position : Audit Lead
Role Overview :
The Audit Lead will independently manage the completion of accounts and oversee comprehensive client audits from start to finish. This role requires direct interaction with clients and audit teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality audit results. The Audit Lead will also mentor team members and drive continuous improvements in audit processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Take full ownership of finalizing accounts and executing client audits independently.
- Lead and mentor audit teams to ensure accuracy, thoroughness, and quality in deliverables.
- Plan, schedule, and perform audits on financial and operational processes, ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Identify risks and offer practical recommendations to enhance internal controls and operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, present findings to clients, and track implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with professional auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address audit issues and improve audit readiness.
Qualifications :
Education : CA Final (with Articleship completed) / CA Inter or currently pursuing CAExperience : Minimum of 3 years of Articleship experience for CA candidates.Skills & Competencies :
Deep knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, and industry best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proven experience in leading audit engagements and managing audit teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, audit software, and the Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on clarity and quality of work.Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines effectively.Job Types : Full-time, PermanentSkills Required
