Overview :

We are seeking an accomplished Audit Team Lead to oversee end-to-end audit operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive excellence in financial governance. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality audit outcomes within dynamic, deadline-driven environments.

Key Planning & Execution :

Lead, plan, and supervise statutory, internal, tax, and compliance audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
Review working papers, audit evidence, and final reports for quality and adherence to auditing standards.
Conduct risk assessments, identify control gaps, and recommend mitigation strategies.

Regulatory & Compliance Management :

Ensure compliance with ITR, GST, TDS, ROC, and other statutory regulations.

Stay updated with evolving audit methodologies, financial laws, and reporting standards.

Financial Analysis & Reporting :

Analyze financial statements and datasets to identify variances, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.

Develop and optimize audit processes, templates, and reporting frameworks for operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal departments to address audit queries and resolve compliance issues.

Present clear findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management and clients.

Team Leadership & Development :

Mentor, coach, and oversee junior auditors and article assistants.

Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous learning within the audit team.

Qualifications & Skills :

Educational & Professional Requirements :

Qualified CA / CMA with 2+ years of Articleship experience.

Minimum 2 years of post-qualification audit experience, with proven leadership exposure.
