Role Overview :

As a Placement Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between our trained candidates and hiring companies. You’ll manage end-to-end placement activities — from approaching recruiters to scheduling interviews and tracking successful offers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners and companies.
• Understand company requirements and map the right candidates for each role.
• Coordinate interviews, placement drives, and hiring events.
• Regularly communicate with students about placement updates and interview tips.
• Track placement data and prepare reports on hiring outcomes.
• Work closely with the Groviio training and operations team to ensure students are job-ready.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets.
