HRBP Intern

About the RoleWe are looking for a HRBP intern who can start immediately.Must Have Completed either a BBA or MBA- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Comfortable in using MS - Excel and MS - WordPlease Note The internship will be for a duration of 6 months. This internship position will be converted to a full time role before or after completion of 6 months of internship depending on performance.- The selected candidate will need to work from office in Hyderabad. This is not a remote role.Key Responsibilities

• Assist in employee relations and conflict resolution, helping HRBPs addressworkplace matters with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Support onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth transition andpositive experience for new hires.
• Contribute to performance management activities, including goal-setting, feedbackcoordination, and documentation.
• Conduct HR data analysis and reporting to track key metrics such as headcount,turnover, and performance trends.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and business teams to understand organizational needs andrecommend people-related solutions.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across departments.
• Contribute to organizational initiatives such as talent reviews, learning programs, anddiversity & inclusion projects.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, andcompliance.
• Support recruitment and hiring processes, including coordination, screening, andensuring a smooth candidate experience.Requirements
• Graduate, OR, a Post graduate degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Analytical thinking and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with HRanalytics is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior internship or academic project experience in HR is a plus.
