Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a South Indian Cook & Kitchen Helper located in the South Goa district. The role involves assisting in south indian food preparation, cooking meals, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and adhering to health and safety standards. The candidate will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and quality preparation of meals for guests, with an emphasis on wellness-oriented dishes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cooking techniques, south indian food preparation, and knowledge of healthy or wellness-focused cuisine
• Strong knowledge of salad creation, healthy meal prep, and presentation
• Ability to maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and organization
• Time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen health standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying dietary restrictions and meal preferences
• Prior experience as a cook or kitchen helper is preferred
• A passion for cooking and maintaining a positive dining experience for guests
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Continental & Indian cooking
• Interest in resort-style wellness cuisine

Salary : Up to ₹25,000 / month (based on experience)
