Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Mid level Tableau Consultant to join a strategic initiative for a leading healthcare organization in Canada . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing intuitive, user-friendly business intelligence dashboards and reports, with a strong focus on data storytelling and user experience .

This role requires proficiency in Amazon AuroraDB, alongside expertise in Tableau and a strong understanding of data architecture and analytics in a healthcare or large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and translate complex business requirements into effective BI solutions.
• Data Architecture Communication : Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on data models and architecture.
• Tableau Development : Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations that enhance decision-making across business units.
• Data Analysis : Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy.
• User Experience Design : Build intuitive, clean, and interactive dashboards with a strong focus on usability and data clarity.
• Performance Optimization : Optimize Tableau workbooks and AuroraDB SQL queries for speed and efficiency, especially when working with large healthcare datasets.
• Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with IT, data engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities for process and system improvement.
• Healthcare Reporting : Leverage domain knowledge to support healthcare-specific reporting, compliance, and KPIs.
