Technical Product Manager

About the Role :

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the development and delivery of innovative technology products that align with our business goals and delight our users.

You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to translate product strategy into actionable plans and Responsibilities :

• Define and execute the product roadmap for technical and platform products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define features, and ensure successful delivery.
• Write clear, detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation.
• Prioritize backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical complexity.
• Manage sprints, releases, and product launches in an Agile / Scrum environment.
• Monitor product performance and analytics to inform iteration and optimization.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for your product domain, both internally and externally.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive Qualifications :
• 3-6 years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical or platform products.
• Strong technical background; ability to understand and discuss architecture, APIs, databases, and integrations.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable software products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
