Engineering Manager / Development Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager or Development Manager who is not only experienced in leading teams but also actively involved in the technical aspects of software development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building SaaS platforms and a solid understanding of AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly contribute to codebases, taking a hands-on approach to software development.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting skill development and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define and implement technical strategies for SaaS platform enhancements.
• Design, develop, and integrate AI models and algorithms into our applications to drive innovation.
• Ensure high standards of software quality by establishing and applying best practices in development and testing.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing code and system performance.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them into our platform as appropriate.
