The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees.
Responsibilities
- Work with the HR team closely to gather, interpret data and provide various trend analyses for decision-making and present findings to HR leadership in a clear, structured format.
- Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports (headcount, hiring, attrition, attendance, productivity, etc.).
- Build, update, and automate dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Prepare PowerPoint reports, HR dashboards, and presentations based on HR analytics
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Power BI report solutions to enable insightful decision-making
- Assist in standardizing and automating HR data reporting processes to enhance efficiency
- Translate stakeholders' requirements into reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Deliver ad hoc reports and support business intelligence (BI) initiatives.
- Maintain HR dashboards and ensure the achievement of data-driven HR KPIs.
- Conduct periodic reviews of HR reports to determine key insights and areas for improvement.
