About the team : Management Reporting
Prepare & support team with P&L cause of change, different lines of businesses
Engage with extended business finance teams to understand business events & triggers
Analyze actuals v. outlook & prepare scorecard for leadership
Statutory Reporting
Prepare quarterly report templates for analysis of Standalone & Consolidated P&L
Coordinate with Reporting, Treasury, Tax, Working Capital teams to prepare board presentation template
Transformation Initiatives
Support development, testing & migration of ongoing transformation projects
Simplify, identify & initiate areas to automate month-close & management reporting activities
Outlook Planning
Support P&L leads in preparing database for full year outlook
Consolidate inputs on business drivers, commodity rates, sales outlook etc. from business finance teams
Prepare P&L structure & cause of change

VP Finance Planner & Controller , Finance Controller team , Business Partners
Profile of Candidate :
Chartered accountant – Inter, B. Com
Must Have :
Understanding of P&L structure
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams
Working knowledge of excel & PowerPoint
