The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, preferably in B2B or EdTech sectors, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, managing the sales funnel, and closing deals to contribute directly to the company’s revenue growth.Responsibilities- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.- Qualify prospects and schedule product demos or consultations.- Understand customer needs and propose tailored EdTech solutions.- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to nurture leads and gather feedback.- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.- Stay up-to-date with product offerings and industry trends.Requirements- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in EdTech or B2B sectors).- Strong communication, presentation(verbal and written) in both Hindi and English- Excels at building relationships with educators, institutions, and other stakeholders.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
