Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated

Product Application Specialist

to support our

Respiratory Care

range of

Sleep Diagnostics ,

Ventilation (NIV) , and

Sleep Therapy

products. This is a full-time position based in India.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide

clinical and technical application support

for our products.

Reporting to Business Manager in India.

Assist in

pre-sales activities , including product installations- configuration and demonstrations.

Conduct

on-site and remote training sessions

for Sleep Technologists, RT`s, partners and healthcare professionals.

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Analyse product performance, gather user feedback, and contribute to continuous product improvement.

Maintain effective communication with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Respiratory Therapy or RPSGT with Communication and Training Skills

to manage the product application trainings.

Analytical Skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
