Experience Required :
5 10 years of experience with ADP Workforce Software, with a strong focus on
reporting, analytics, and data visualization.
Experience with Advanced Scheduler, Configuration, and Workforce Time
Interfaces is a plus.
Certifications :
Workforce Software Reporting or Analytics certification (preferred).
CT104, CT103, or PT102 certifications are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities :
Report Development & Customization :
Design and develop custom reports using Workforce Software reporting tools.
Build dashboards and visualizations to support HR, payroll, and operations
teams.
Translate business requirements into actionable reporting solutions.
Data Analysis & Insights :
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and metrics.
System Integration & Data Mapping :
Ensure accurate data flow between Workforce Software and external systems
(HRIS, ERP, payroll).
Map and transform data for reporting consistency and integrity.
Testing & Validation :
Validate report accuracy through UAT and regression testing.
Monitor performance and optimize report generation processes.
Documentation & Compliance :
Maintain detailed documentation of report logic, data sources, and
configurations.
Ensure reports comply with GDPR, HIPAA, and internal governance policies.
Client Support & Training :
Provide training to end-users on report usage and interpretation.
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for reporting issues.
Technical Skills :
SQL, Crystal Reports, Excel (Advanced), Access, and Workforce Software
reporting tools.
Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with ETL tools, middleware, and API integrations.
Soft Skills :
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
