Job description

Role Overview :

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Salesforce Developer to join our CRM development team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding, eager to learn the Salesforce ecosystem, and capable of translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and validation rules
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST / SOAP APIs
  • Work on Salesforce automation features like Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes
  • Participate in full software development lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment)
  • Assist in data migration, sandbox management, and release deployments
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following Salesforce best practices
  • Debug and resolve technical issues and ensure platform performance and security
  • Collaborate with product managers, admins, and other developers

Skills Required :

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, CRM concepts, and data model
  • Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
  • Basic understanding of integration techniques (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration

    • Eligibility :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Candidates with Salesforce training, certifications, or academic projects will be preferred
  • Salesforce Certification (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I) is a plus

  • Knowledge of Git, Agile methodology, and DevOps processes
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce AppExchange apps
  • Experience with Salesforce Sandbox and Deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT, etc.)
