Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pallavaram for a Guest Relations Executive. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, handling receptionist duties, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales activities. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and assisting guests, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and handling front desk operations
• Sales skills and the ability to support sales initiatives
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a positive guest experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
