About Vivriti Group :

Vivriti Group is a pioneer in the Mid-Market Lending space providing tailored debt solutions to mid-sized entities. The group has the following businesses : Vivriti Capital Limited, a systematically important NBFC (NBFC ND-SI) regulated by RBI. As on date, Vivriti Capital has disbursed USD 3 billion across 300+ enterprise borrowers and is rated A+ by CRISIL. Vivriti Asset Management, subsidiary of Vivriti Capital, is a fund manager to fixed income alternate investment funds (AIFs). As on date, Vivriti Asset Management has across funds, raised commitments of over USD 500 million from 900+ Institutional and private contributors. Vivriti AMC has also made investments of over USD 575 million across 80+ entities.

About the team and role :

Vivriti Capital’s Acquisition Team drives growth by building a strong client base across the mid-corporate segment (30,000+ enterprises). Our goal : Capture & Establish a dominant presence in the mid-corporate segment over the next 5 years.

As a Regional Business Head for Eastern Region based in Kolkata, you will shape Vivriti’s presence by driving origination, designing funding solutions, and building multi-city teams to deliver on our growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities :

  • Responsible for client origination and understanding the client’s debt requirement.
  • Provide tailor made solutions of funding structures form NBFC and AIF in group
  • Target Driven and Customer focused approach with Solution oriented attitude.
  • Expand the client base in the Eastern region through strong networks with corporates, arrangers, PEs, and fintech platforms.
  • Plan and execute outreach programs to strengthen market presence.
  • Work cross-functionally with Solutions, Risk, and Legal teams to drive effective client engagement.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • MBA / CA / Post-Graduate – from Tier 1 institute
  • 8–10 years of experience in corporate banking, with exposure to mid and large corporates.
  • Experience in performing credit space with family office Connects would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to engage Promoters, CFOs, and Treasury Heads.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products (working capital, term loans, leasing, factoring, SCF, etc.) with expertise in credit note preparation and Risk approvals.
  • Good technical understanding of finance / credit / ratings.
  • Versatile in handling individual responsibilities and leading team initiatives.
