Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Bangalore Urban. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include providing training and support to customers and managing sales processes. The role involves working closely with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Experience in providing Training and support to customers
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the professional development or education industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
