Key responsibilities :
1. Make high-volume outbound calls to international importers and distributors.
2. Use structured sales scripts to identify buyer intent and handle objections effectively.
3. Maintain accurate CRM updates for every call, note, and pipeline stage.
4. Share insights from buyer conversations to improve targeting and messaging.
5. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for quotes, samples, and follow-up alignment.
6. Build and maintain an active pipeline, ensuring consistent daily outreach and engagement.
Qualifications :
1. 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B, export sales, or inside sales.
2. Strong spoken and written English with confidence in cross-border communication.
3. Comfortable managing high call volumes while maintaining conversation quality.
4. Ability to follow a script while adapting naturally to each buyer.
5. Familiarity with CRM tools and disciplined in maintaining clean data.
