Key Responsibilities

As a Senior US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for our US clients, consistently meeting aggressive hiring targets.

Recruitment & Sourcing Excellence (High-Volume) :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of US IT requirements (e.g., Software Developers - Java / .Net / Python, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, ERP, QA / Automation, etc.).
• Develop and execute advanced, creative sourcing strategies using US job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and internal databases to identify hard-to-find technical talent.
• Demonstrate mastery of Boolean search strings and headhunting techniques to build a robust and well-qualified pipeline of candidates.
• Proactively engage passive candidates and maintain consistent communication to foster long-term relationships.
• Ensure a high conversion ratio from submission to interview and placement.
