Role : Human Resources Specialist

Location : Hyderabad - Remote but have to be in the office as needed.

Full Time role

Shift timing : EST

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist with 5+ years of professional HR experience have experience working with US-based companies

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding, and supporting compliance with company and client HR policies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Work for a US company on HR processes, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain employee records, HR systems, and documentation in line with company policies.
• Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and time tracking.
• Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Support HR audits, policy updates, and compliance with labor laws.
• Complete understanding for US immigration processes like H-1, Green Cards etc
• Organize employee engagement programs and internal communications.
