About the Role :
This role is perfect for someone who understands the importance of accountability, systems, and culture. You will be instrumental in implementing HR systems, building leadership pipelines, and nurturing a culture of ownership and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement HR policies that promote discipline, fairness, and accountability
- Set up and manage Performance Management Systems (PMS) using Zoho People & Projects
- Drive adoption of Zoho HR tools across the organization
- Collaborate with recruiters and agencies to attract top talent aligned with our mission
- Build second-line leadership to reduce dependency on HODs through succession planning
- Promote and embed core values of ownership, collaboration, and customer-centricity
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, and documentation
What We’re Looking For :
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG, e-commerce, or food segmentsProven expertise in PMS, HR systems, and policy implementationHands-on experience with Zoho One tools (People, Projects, CRM)Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi / MarathiAbility to work in a fast-paced, agile startup environmentCandidates from Pune are preferredCompensation :
Max CTC of 10 Lacs per annumMust have experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or food segments
