Job descriptionRequirements : 5+ years of experience in Jira administration, with a strong focus on configuration, customization, and leadership. In-depth knowledge of Jira's features and functionality, including workflows, issue types, dashboards, and reporting. Experience with Jira plugins and add-ons, such as Jira Service Desk, Jira Align, and Bitbucket. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles. Excellent technical and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of Jira administrators. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator (ACJA) certification or equivalent experience. Nice to Have : Experience with Atlassian products, such as Confluence and Bitbucket. Knowledge of scripting languages, such as Python or Groovy. Experience with cloud-based Jira instances, including AWS or Azure. Experience with Jira migration and upgrade projects. Certification in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum Master or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).
