Role Overview :
We are looking for a highly skilled Facebook Ads Expert with over 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and scaling ad campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of handling monthly ad spends of 1015 Lakhs across eCommerce, app installs, and lead generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns with high ROAS and efficiency.
- Manage 1015L+ ad spend per month while ensuring cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies for eCommerce sales, app installs, and lead generation.
- Create and test ad creatives, audience segments, and landing page flows to improve conversions.
- Set up and manage pixels, tracking codes, and analytics tools (GA4, attribution dashboards).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics : CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV.
- Understand and implement automation tools for ads management and scaling.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and tech teams to maximize campaign 5+ years of experience managing Facebook Ads.
- Proven ability to handle 1015 Lakhs monthly ad spend.
- Strong experience in eCommerce, app installs, and lead generation industries.
- Excellent understanding of campaign metrics, attribution, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in ad creatives testing, landing page CRO, and funnel strategy.
- Hands-on expertise in Facebook Pixel, GA4, attribution, and reporting dashboards.
- Knowledge of automation workflows in ads management (rules, scripts, tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving Experience with other platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic DSPs).
- Familiarity with A / B testing frameworks and advanced reporting tools.
- Exposure to scaling campaigns internationally
