We are looking for someone with deep Google PMax and Meta Full Funnel ads experience to help run CPAS ads (Collaborative Performance Advertising Solutions) on e-marketplaces for consumer brands.
This is a client facing full stack, full funnel media planning and deployment role with significant strategic value add.
We will prefer someone with 4+ years of experience; this role is full time based out of our Golf Course Road office in Gurgaon.

Role Overview
We are expanding our performance media capability to unlock the full potential of CPAS / Collaborative Ads
through commerce partners such as
Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto , while scaling
Google Performance Max
and
Meta Full-Funnel
campaigns to drive measurable growth for our brand portfolio.
As a core member of our Growth & Media Operations team, you will own strategy, execution, optimization and automation of high-impact campaigns that drive traffic and purchases
directly inside retailer apps .
Key Responsibilities
Launch, optimize and scale campaigns across
Google Ads
(Search, Display, YouTube,
Performance Max ) and
Meta Performance
(Collaborative Ads, App Events, Retargeting)
Execute
CPAS integrations
with marketplaces including feed management, conversion events mapping and attribution setup
Own
growth KPIs : ROAS, CAC, Revenue, Incremental Sales, MER
Create and iterate structured experimentation frameworks — creative testing, audience evolution, bid automation
Build
high-signal dashboards
with Analytics & Data teams — real-time revenue contribution by retailer & platform
Develop best-practice playbooks for brand pods; scale learnings across client portfolio
Partner with Brand Success, Creative, and Marketplace teams to ensure cohesive full-funnel journeys
Requirements
4–7 years
in performance marketing across ecommerce / D2C / FMCG brands / agencies
Hands-on execution in
Performance Max , Shopping / Feeds, and Meta Performance Ads at meaningful scale
Proven experience running
app-direct conversion
campaigns or collaborating with commerce platforms
Strong analytical and attribution skills; proficiency in
GA4, Ads Manager, Merchant Center, Events Manager
Ownership mindset; thrives in a fast-growth, high-accountability environment
Nice-to-Have
Prior exposure to
Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto , Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.
Familiarity with MMPs (Appsflyer / Adjust), server-side tracking, pixel governance
Performance-oriented creative instinct — video & social creative testing for discovery channels
