The key responsibilities  of the role :

• Designed and developed automated document templates using Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS, and SQL, ensuring scalability and clean code standards.
• Lead the design and implementation of automated document templates for RTOs, including certificates, invoices / receipts, statements of fees, VSL documents (e.g., CAN notices, VSL fees), and offer letters.
• Scope and analyse client-provided documents to determine feasibility and ensure efficient integration within the system.
• Act as lead for template-related tasks across onboarding projects and ongoing client support, taking ownership of the most complex tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Allocate and manage tasks within the team using
• , maintaining the board to reflect accurate status updates, progress tracking, and ticket closure.
• Provide technical and functional support to team members, assisting with challenging tasks and promoting knowledge sharing.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) on all templates to ensure clean, maintainable code, adherence to supported standards, and error-free functionality.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation in Confluence, including build guides, code references, and upskilling materials for future team members.
• Collaborate with onboarding teams to provide accurate time estimates and quotes for new template requests, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project timelines.
• Continuously improve processes by standardizing approaches, enhancing documentation, and ensuring best practices in template development and delivery
