About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic fresher to join our IT Services team as a Junior Analyst . The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of finance fundamentals , strong Excel and SQL skills, and basic knowledge of ERP systems . This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn how technology supports business operations and financial management in real-world enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and execute SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyse financial and operational data.
  • Support configuration, testing, and maintenance of ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, HR, etc.).
  • Work with Excel to create financial and operational reports, dashboards, and data models.
  • Assist in troubleshooting ERP and data integration issues with technical teams.
  • Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare documentation.
  • Participate in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of SQL (data extraction, joins, groupings, subqueries).
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP, Charts).
  • Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting concepts (invoices, ledgers, reconciliations).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

    • Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Applications, Commerce, Finance, or related field (e.g., BCA, B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, B.Sc IT).

    • Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Exposure to ERP implementation or support projects during academics or internship.
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Interest in learning business process automation or data analytics .
